We are based in Crouch End, North London, just minutes from Turnpike Lane Station. We welcome clients from across North London and offer home visits throughout London.
What methods do you use for earwax removal?
We specialise in microsuction, the safest and most effective method for earwax removal. We also offer ear irrigation for clients with soft wax when appropriate.
How long does an earwax removal appointment take?
Most appointments take around 30 minutes for both ears, with the actual removal process usually completed in 5–10 minutes per ear.
How do I book an appointment?

What if there’s no earwax present during my visit?
If there’s no earwax to remove, you’ll only be charged a £30 consultation fee, not the full service price.
Is earwax removal painful?
No, our procedures are designed to be quick, comfortable, and pain-free. Microsuction is gentle and does not use water, making it suitable for sensitive ears.
What happens if my earwax cannot be removed in one session?
If we can’t remove all the wax in one appointment, we offer a free follow-up visit within a month to ensure your ears are fully clear
